Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders will be shipped by standard ground services. We work with multiple options and chose a carrier based on their rates and size of the shipment.
Federal Regulation does not allow us to ship any lacquer products by air services.
We ship anywhere within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico.
If you find any issues with your order please contact us immediately so we can get it resolved.
If you find the product does not work or you are having issues with use of the product please make sure to contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. It is always helpful to have the batch code located on the bottom of the bottle when contacting us.
We back our product 100%.
There is a 30 day window for all returns, damages and other issues. If the matter is not addressed within this time frame we cannot guarantee a return, replacement or other issue resolutions.
